Delivery Times
Our in-stock products are dispatched the same day/or next day depending on what time of day the item is ordered. Oversized items, dangerous goods and orders going to a rural address may take an additional 1 - 3 days to be delivered.
Urgent Deliveries
If you have a product you need urgently, please call our team before ordering to ensure we can fast track the order for you. There may be an additional freight charge for urgent deliveries.
Collect from Store
You are welcome to collect your goods from our Timaru or Christchurch stores, just select this option at the checkout and we will have the product ready to collect the same day (providing in stock at the branch) or the following day if stock needs to be transferred from another branch.
Warranty
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it at no charge. Our products all come with in house warranties backed up by our suppliers.
