Refund Policy

At Totalsite Supplies, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

If you change your mind about a product, please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we arrange the return shipping on your behalf.

Non-returnable Items

Perishable goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids cannot be returned.  

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately on Freephone 0508 88 5656 or sales@totalsite.co.nz.  We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
