Colourmix 10kg Water Soluable Bags (1m3)

Colourmix Integral Colour iron oxide pigment, is pre-packaged in water-soluble bags that are added at the concrete batch plant or on site by the contractor.

The powdered colour disperses evenly throughout the concrete mix and complies with ASTM C979 Pigments for Integrally Coloured Concrete.

Colourmix Integral Colour is a new innovated process of adding colour to concrete. For many years liquid colour has been used to produce the desired colour range throughout New Zealand, but now this is a more cost effective product that is taking the place of liquid colour. It is easier to use, safer to dose the mix and stronger in colour.

Colourmix Integral Colour is premium grade oxide supplied in high quality cold water “aquasac” bags with an outer protective bag. The outer bag may be paper or plastic and must be completely removed before placing the water soluble bag into the mixer bowl. This should be done prior to the addition of aggregates, cement and final water. If there is a need to add the colour onsite, the colour should be mixed for 10 minutes at high speed and the same exact time for each load.
